CMC Triggers’critical sear engagement surfaces have a proprietary machining process thatrenders superior surface finish and dimensional control. As compared to our competition,the techniques used to establish a 1-2 RMS surface finish (compared to a mirror which is 0RMS) out perform manufacturing processes such as EDMing, which leaves a pitty 32 RMS.This makes our sear engagement overlap up to 6-8 times greater than our competitorsproviding a much safer trigger with enhanced reliability.
