Our Buffer Tube Kits are now fully manufactured and assembled in-house in Fort Worth, TX

We are proud to announce that we are now producing our Buffer Tube Kits entirely in-house. This strategic move allows us to have greater control over the manufacturing process and ensure the highest quality standards for our products.

With advanced science and engineering going into the development of each element of our Buffer Tube Kits, you are guaranteed to receive a product that will outperform any other buffers. And we back this with our 100% satisfaction guarantee and lifetime warranty—but all it takes is using our precision-produced products to experience the difference for yourself.

With the Buffer Tube Kit being such a critical component in the assembly of AR-style firearms, providing a secure attachment point for the buffer spring and buffer. By bringing the manufacturing of this kit in-house, we have been able to engineer a product that is flawlessly created in a single pass through our Mazak Integrex machine, going from raw material to final assembly in a matter of minutes.

This move is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver the best possible products to our customers. By maintaining complete control over the manufacturing process, we can ensure consistent quality, tighter tolerances, and faster turnaround times for our Buffer Tube Kits.

New Buffer Tube Packaging

Our in-house production will also allow for greater flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to market demands. This, in turn, benefits our customers, who can depend on a reliable and consistent supply of high-quality Buffer Tube Kits.

We will have two Buffer Tube Kit offerings: an Enhanced AR-15 Carbine Buffer Tube Kit and a Standard AR-15 Carbine Buffer Tube Kit.

Our enhanced offering is the perfect complement to Mil-Spec AR-15 rifle builds. It is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a Type III, Class 2 hard anodized finish. The design features precise drainage holes that remove water from the system in marine environments.

The included carbine recoil buffer and spring are made from high-tensile spring steel, the castle nut is made from high-carbon steel, and the quick detach receiver end plate is made from 6061-T6 aluminum. Our black nitride finish is added for durability and corrosion prevention.

Our standard offering is machined from industry-standard aluminum with a MIL-A-8625 Type II, Class 2 standard anodized finish and the included carbine recoil buffer and spring are made from high-tensile spring steel, our castle nut is made with 4130 alloy steel, and our quick detach receiver end plate is made from 6061-T6 aluminum.
